Seasonal Home Care:
Many of our clients only spend part of the year in their Maui home, and we know that no matter how many precautions you may take before leaving, things can happen in your absence. Pests get in. A window breaks during a storm. An electrical outage resets all of your automated systems. Someone has tried to get in. The gardener gives himself a summer vacation.

Nobody likes to think about these things, but unfortunately they do happen.

McEntire Realty’s goal with our new Seasonal Home Care service is to deliver an affordable peace of mind by being your eyes and ears on Maui. Our basic service includes a thorough inspection of your home’s exterior, interior, or both, on a bi-weekly basis. We then follow up with an e-mail to you detailing every aspect of our visit.

Our ”Welcome Back” service includes everything from opening up your home to pre-provisioning it and arranging for airport pickup. We can set out the lanai furniture, coordinate cleaning, and more.

Seasonal Home Care packages start as low as $99 per month.

Fractional Ownership Association Management:
Fractional ownership of property is becoming more and more popular, especially in Hawaii. With this type of ownership there are certain management responsibilities that become necessary among the owners. This management encompasses everything from distribution of funds, to preparing and adopting an annual operating budget.
